Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when a name change operation on the cluster core netname resource has failed. Resolution : Reconcile effects of rename attempt Either set the clustered network name back to the original name, or contact your domain administrator to rename the computer object in the domain. If the Network Name and its associated computer object name are not consistent the next time the resource is brought online, an attempt will be made to create a new computer object. If you do not currently have Event Viewer open, see "Opening Event Viewer and viewing events related to failover clustering." If the event contains an error code that you have not yet looked up, see "Finding more information about error codes that some event messages contain."
