This will potentially result in the security on this object being different on this DC. Please write a new Security Descriptor on this object to correct the problem.
Event InformationAccording to Microsoft:
Cause:

The security descriptor propagation task found no security descriptor on the specified object and applied a default security descriptor. As a result, the security for this object on the local domain controller might be different from that on other domain controllers.
User Action :
To ensure uniform security, add the correct security descriptor for this object so that it is replicated to other domain controllers.
