Event Information | On your computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, many event messages that are similar to this are logged in the application log in Event Viewer. CAUSE: Event 12002 is a generic IMAIL error. This error event may appear if a user tries to access an e-mail message that has become corrupted. Exchange Server logs this error during typical operation, even if the diagnostic logging level is set to None on the Exchange server. Therefore, the application log on your Exchange server may contain many of these events. RESOLUTION: Hotfix information A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft |
