| Event Information | "According to Microsoft: Cause: Either the name or password for the MLSWebService account are incorrect. MapPoint Location Server Web Service uses the MLSWebService account to connect to the MapPoint Location Server database. User Action : Verify that the correct MLSWebService account name and password were provided when the MapPoint Location Server database and MapPoint Location Server Web Service were installed. The name and password for the MLSWebService account are stored in the Web.config file for MapPoint Location Server Web Service. The default location for the Web.config file is C:\Program Files\Microsoft MapPoint Location Server\MMLS\Web Service\Web.config. The password is stored in encrypted format in the Web.config file. To change the password, use the Set Password tool, which is located in the :\Tools\Set Password directory of the MapPoint Location Server CD-ROM." |
