| Event Information | CAUSE: Errors 1022, 1018, and 1019 are of the same category that is database corruption due to hardware I/O problems. RESOLUTION: Run tests on the hardware, RAID controller, and drives to make sure if everything is ok there. If you have write-back caching enabled, then disable it. Get the latest firmware from your hardware manufacturer. Also check if your only backups have been failing on the IS since the checksum was not successful. Backup failures are dead giveaways that there is corruption in database. |
