The server is not considered accessible until two other conditions are met. First- the primary master domain must have finished at least one full synchronization since the server was installed. Second- if this server is a Global Catalog- all the read-only partitions must have finished at least one full synchronization since this server was promoted to a Global Catalog. |
| Event Information | Active Directory completed a full synchronization of all directory partitions on the local domain controller. However, these synchronizations might not be successful. The local domain controller will not be accessible by clients until the following additional conditions are met: The domain directory partition must successfully complete at least one full synchronization from a single source domain controller after the domain controller was installed. If this domain controller is a global catalog, all of the read-only directory partitions must successfully complete at least one full synchronization after the domain controller is promoted to a global catalog. No user action is required |
