| Event Information | Use the TCP/IP Ping utility to verify that contact can be established between client and server. This can help you identify basicTCP/IP problems, such as difficulties with name resolution or with routers. To configure the TCP/IP settings, from the Control Panel, open Network and Dial-up Connections. Right-click the connection that you want to modify. Select TCP, IP and click Properties. Verify that the settings are correct. |
