| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause: This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. WORKAROUND As a workaround, users can install programs manually by using the Add or Remove Programs tool in Control Panel. Or, users who want to use the console behavior can log on to the console by using the /console switch when they start the Terminal Services server console (by using Mstsc.exe). |
