| Event Information | According To Microsoft: As the event description indicates, the communication partner of this message transfer agent (MTA) proposed an illegal window size. This probably indicates a misconfiguration of one or both MTAs. For example, this event can occur if the Window Size is set to ZERO. The default value is 5. Check the Window Size on the MTA Site Configuration General page. This is found under the Configuration Container in the Exchange Admin program. Verify that the Window Size value is at the default of 5. Then restart the MTA service. If this does not resolve the issue, contact Microsoft Product Support Services. |
