Description | The Unified Messaging server detected corrupt user configuration data for user "%1". This data contains information such as whether the user has previously logged on to their mailbox or has set their Out of Office status, and also contains any personalized voice mail greetings the user has recorded. The Unified Messaging server will use default configuration data for the user. |
Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This Warning event indicates that the Unified Messaging (UM) user configuration file stored at the user mailbox is corrupted. The file contains information such as whether the user is a first time user or whether the user is out of the office. The file also contains any custom telephone extension for the Play-On-Phone feature and the folder that is read when the mailbox is accessed by telephone. In addition, voice mail settings that the user previously configured by using Microsoft® Outlook® Web Access 2007 or Microsoft Office Outlook® 2007 may be lost. This event may be caused by a corruption of the mailbox. It can also be caused if a third-party software application modified the configuration file. Resolution : To resolve this warning, advise the user to reconfigure the UM client-side settings. The settings are located in the Voice Mail options within Outlook Web Access 2007 or theVoice Mail tab of in the Outlook 2007Options dialog box. |
