Description | Not enough space to write to the disk. |
Event Information | If you want to monitor the disk space that roaming profiles use, and you redirected My Documents folders to the same Microsoft Windows 2000 volume that uses quotas, a Microsoft Windows XP user who logs off may receive the following error message: Windows cannot update your roaming profile. Possible causes of this error include network problems or insufficient security rights. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator. The above event message may be logged in the system event log. CAUSE: This problem occurs because Windows 2000 detects that the user does not have sufficient disk space to copy the profile. RESOLUTION: This behavior is by design. |
