| Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: The Removable Storage service could not load the media into the drive. Possible causes include: 1.The drive is busy. 2.The drive is already loaded. 3.There is a hardware error. Resolution: Using Windows Explorer, click the drive letter to determine whether media are already in the drive. If the drive contains media, dismount that media. If the drive does not contain media, follow the troubleshooting guidelines listed in the librarys user guide provided by the vendor or found on the vendors Web site. |
