Event Information | This information from some newsgroups may help you: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A network connectivity or configuration problem exists. Group Policy settings cannot be applied until the problem is fixed. 1. Verify DFS service on all DCs is started and set to "Automatic". 2. Check that there are no FRS issues (if present are, solve them). 3. Verify TCP/IP Netbios Helper service is started and set to "Automatic. 4. Verify "Everyone" has the "bypass traverse checking" user right on the default domain controller policy. 5. Antivirus (if installed) is not scanning the sysvol or subfolders, if so, exclude it. 6. As per information from newsgroup posts, this may also happen due to improper configuration of DNS.
