| Event Information | EXPLANATION: This event gets generated by citrix conferencing room manager service and usually tells us that the Organizer server is unavailable. There is only one organizer server per MPS farm. This requires immediate action. Determine if the organizer server <ftlpmpsdc02 in our environment> is up and fully available over the network and check to see that corganizer service is running. If that does not point to the problem, check the MPS server that generated this message and launch cmcmcfg.exe from the citrix conference manager folder. This utility will show you what servername is configured for the organizer server. Each MPS server running croommgr service will have its own setting for this. |
