Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This Warning event indicates that the system did not delete the custom audio files from the Unified Messaging (UM) prompt publishing point. The prompt publishing point is a shared folder structure that is created on the first computer in your Exchange 2007 organization that has the Unified Messaging server role installed. The prompt publishing point is used to distribute custom audio files to other UM servers in the Exchange 2007 organization. These files are used for prompts by the dial plan or automated attendant. When an auto attendant is removed from a UM server, all custom audio prompt files that are associated with the auto attendant should also be removed from the prompt publishing point. Custom audio files may not be removed from the prompt publishing point for one of or more of the following reasons: 1.The custom prompt files are being used by another process. 2.Access to the custom prompt files is denied. Resolution : To prevent this warning from being logged when you remove an auto attendant, 1.Close all programs that could potentially use the custom prompt files. For example, close antivirus applications and Microsoft? Internet Explorer. 2.Make sure that the UM prompt publishing point and the prompt files have the following minimum permissions: File-Level Permissions: a)Administrators: Full Control b)Exchange Organization Administrators: Full Control c)Exchange Servers: Full Control d)System: Full Control e)Creator Owner: Special Permissions (Full Control on subfolders and files only).
