Event Information | CAUSE : This behavior occurs because the spooler service on the server has stopped. RESOLUTION : To resolve this issue, do one of the following: Start the spooler service on the server. -or- Microsoft recommends that you turn off Terminal Service Configuration\Connections. To do this: Click Start, and then click Run. Type TSCC.MSC. Double-click RDP-Tcp from the Connections folder, and then click Client Settings to turn off "Windows printer mapping" and "LPT port mapping". -or- As a last resort, add a DWORD value in the registry to delete the error message. The registry setting is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\rdpwd\fEnablePrintRDR = 0x0 |
