| Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: The failure occurs due to a shortage of resources, probably memory resources. Either the service or other processes are utilizing excessive memory resources. Resolution: Close any other applications that are currently running. Use the Task Manager to check programs and processes that are using large amounts of system resources. Make sure that Active Directory is working.
