Event InformationAccording to Microsoft :
Cause :
This Warning event indicates that an invalid telephone number format was detected for an outgoing call by the computer that has the Unified Messaging server role installed. This event may occur if a dial plan is not correctly configured. It may also occur if an invalid telephone number was specified by a Unified Messaging (UM) user. As a result, the call may not have been routed to the intended recipient according to the outgoing configuration defined in a UM dial plan. This event may be caused by one or more of the following:
1.UM dial plan properties such as InternationalAccessCode, NationalNumberPrefix, InCountryNumberFormat, InternationalNumberFormat, OutsideLineAccessCode, or CountryCode may not be set on the dial plan specified in the event description.
2.InternationalAccessCode: This parameter specifies the code that is pre-appended to a telephone number to dial international calls. For example, 011 for the United States.
3.NationalNumberPrefix: This parameter specifies the code that is pre-appended to a telephone number to dial out-of-area, in-country calls. For example, 1 in North America.
4.InCountryNumberFormat: This parameter specifies the prefix string that you can use, together with the number of digits to take from the directory. This number is used when dialing into this dial plan from the same country code.
5.InternationalNumberFormat: This parameter specifies the prefix string that you can use, together with the number of digits to take from the directory. This number is used when dialing into this dial plan from a different country code.
6.OutsideLineAccessCode: This parameter specifies the code that is pre-appended to a telephone number to dial an external in-country telephone number. This code is also named a trunk access code.
7.CountryCode: This parameter specifies the country code for a given country.
8.The telephone number of the recipient contains fewer digits than the number of digits in the extension number defined on the dial plan specified in the event description.
9.Either of the following conditions are true:
a)The telephone number of the recipient is not an extension number that belongs to any UM dial plan.
b)The telephone number is not in a E.164 numbering format that defines the international standard format of telephone numbers.
Resolution :
Make sure that the UM dial plan properties for both originating and destination dial plans are defined. For example, make sure that the following properties are defined: InternationalAccessCode, NationalNumberPrefix, InCountryNumberFormat, InternationalNumberFormat, OutsideLineAccessCode, and CountryCode.
2.If the telephone number of the recipient is an extension number,
a)Make sure that the number of digits of the telephone number of the recipient are equal to or greater than the number of digits in the extension number defined on the UM dial plan.
b)Make sure that the extension number is part of the UM dial plan.
3.If the telephone number is not an extension number, make sure that the telephone number is in the E.164 numbering format. A telephone number matches the E.164 format if the following conditions are true:

b)The telephone number starts with a plus sign (+).
c)The telephone number has no more than 15 digits.
d)The telephone number contains one or more of the following separators:
A space.
A period.
A dash.
An opening parenthesis.
A closing parenthesis.
