Event Information | Troubleshooting/Resolution: 1. Using the Access Management Console, attempt to isolate the error to a particular Agent Server. Right-click the Hostname > Properties > Agent Servers Tab 2. Check Event Viewer Errors on all Agent Servers for information. 3. Check the DCOM permissions on the isolated Agent Server are set correctly. SYSTEM, INTERACTIVE, and ADMINISTRATORS need access to the various default security permissions within (not on) dcomcnfg.exe. 4. Restart all MetaFrame Secure Access Manager Services, especially the Aggregation Service on the Agent Server experiencing the issue. 5. Reinstall the .NET Framework if Event Viewer shows 1071 errors. 6. Under the Web Server > Access Center, the CDSAuth directory was not present. This is for .NET CDAs. The CDSAuth directory allows secure execution of .NET ACW’s, Advanced Connection Wizard, on the web server. Ensure all servers in the Farm are Service Pack 1 or greater for MSAM, MetaFrame Secure Access Manager. |
