| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Resolution: The Master object attempted to retrieve a list of SCOs for the plan that the customer was signed up for. However, the list of services returned from the Membership Directory service was neither a string nor an array of strings. Ensure that the Membership Directory service is configured and running properly. Ensure that the MAPS schema classes were successfully added into the Membership Directory service. Ensure that the customers plan is set correctly, and that the list of services in the plan is set properly. |
