DescriptionThe identity of application pool CertSrv is invalid, so the World Wide Web Publishing Service can not create a worker process to serve the application pool. Therefore, the application pool has been disabled.
Event InformationAccording To Microsoft:
In this case, it is very likely that the previously created service account (SPN<Servername>) was not added to the IIS_WPG group on the Web enrollment proxy computer. See Adding the Service Account to the IIS_WPG Group to add the service account to the IIS worker process group. You must start the application pool manually after the account was added to the group. Clients will recognize the change immediately after the problem is resolved.
