Event Information | According to Cisco <brSolution Follow the steps below to resolve this problem. Open the registry by going to Start > Run and then type [regedit]. Check the following registry values and make sure that they are correct: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Active Voice > DirectoryConnectors > DirSynchAD > 1.00 > Domains > {domain} > DefaultDomainController HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Active Voice > DirectoryConnectors > DirSynchGlobalCatalog > 1.00 > Directory > DefaultGlobalCatalogServer Note: The fully qualified domain name is expected as value in the above registry keys (servername.domain.com). In this example, the correct value of the two registry keys should be MANGO.cherry.com If the registry keys are not correct, do the following: Export the registry by going to Registry > Export Registry File, and save the registry settings to a file. Stop AvDSGlobalCatalog service. Change the registry value. Start AvDSGlobalCatalog service. |
