Event Information | "According to Microsoft: Cause: Tickets are not currently enabled in the Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) system. You must enable ticketing before you can create SSO tickets. User Action : To enable tickets in the SSO system, do the following: 1. On the Start menu, click run, and then type cmd. 2. At the command line, go to the Enterprise Single Sign-On installation directory. The default installation directory is <drive>:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterprise Single Sign-On. 3. Type ssomanage -tickets <allowed yes/no> <validate yes/no>, where <allowed yes/no> indicates whether tickets are allowed or not, and <validate yes/no> indicates whether tickets must be validated after they are redeemed. " |
