For example, the service account that the SSO service is running under does not match the account information stored in the Credential database. Resolution: a . Check your SSO system to determine the reason that the SSO service cannot start. b . If you have recently changed the service account the SSO service runs under, run the ssomanage.exe -displaydb r command to make sure the information in the Credential database reflects those changes. c . Verify that the SSO service account is a member of the SSO admin group." |
