| Event Information | According to Microsoft: Cause: There are several possible reasons why the Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) service cannot start. For example, the service account that the SSO service is running under does not match the account information stored in the Credential database. User Action : 1. Check your SSO system to determine the reason that the SSO service cannot start. 2. If you have recently changed the service account the SSO service runs under, run the ssomanage.exe -displaydb r command to make sure the information in the Credential database reflects those changes. 3. Verify that the SSO service account is a member of the SSO admin group. |
