| Event Information | CAUSE:
The cluster service attempted to mount a disk resource in the cluster. A filesystem check was necessary and failed during the process.
RESOLUTION: Check cables, termination, and device configuration. If the drive has failed, replace the drive and restore data. This may also indicate a need to reformat the partition and restore data from a current backup. |
