| Event Information | CAUSE: This problem may occur after you install the Microsoft security update MS04-011. Security update MS04-011 contains a regression from an earlier hotfix that is described in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 827684. After you install MS04-011, the computer tries to mount the Sysvol folder every 10 minutes. If the Windows 2000-based computer is not a domain controller, the mount does not work. The Sysvol folder only exists on domain controllers. RESOLUTION: A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft |
