Description | Mailbox logon failed for user %1. This can occur if the users message store is unavailable. When the message store becomes available, resync the user from the SA by refreshing the MWI status on the users Messages page. |
Event Information | According to Cisco: Resolution: Occasionally, Unity is not able to access a Notes Database because the database is using a cache that doesnt have the permissions that Unity needs. Once the cache is refreshed (usually about 20 minutes) the problem will go away.To speed up the process, type the following command on the Domino Server console: "dbcache flush".The Notes client on the Unity box also has a cache; to get rid of that delete the cache.dsk file on the Notes folder. This error can also show up along with CiscoUnity_DominoMonitor 1028 which will be logged if a Domino user is imported into Unity from a Domino server that is not DUCS enabled. The user should be deleted from Unity, his mailbox should be moved to a DUCS enabled Domino server and should be re-imported into Unity. |
