| Event Information | According To Cisco: Explanation: The directory monitor failed to connect to Exchange. Recommended Action: Do the following: 1. Confirm that the LDAP port in the registry is set correctly. 2. Confirm that the Exchange server in the registry is set correctly. 3. Confirm that there is connectivity between Cisco Unity and the Exchange server. 4. Confirm that Exchange services are running on the Cisco Unity server. 5. Confirm that the directory monitor service account is configured correctly. |
