| Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: This problem can occur if a message from the Internet contains a "REPLY-TO" field. The information store asks for the same attribute (proxy addresses) twice and Dsaccess only fills in the first instance. This problem can occur with Microsoft MSN Hotmail accounts if you alter the reply to address. Resolution: To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 301378: How to Obtain the Latest Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack To work around this problem, delete that message from the SMTP local delivery queue in Exchange System Manager. This eliminates the error messages in the Application event log; however, that piece of mail is lost. |
