| Event Information | Solution Development created a "Hotfix" for this problem. Basically the solution for this issue is to rename a registry key to point to the new product name. This bug got introduced after we changed the product name to “bv-Admin for Microsoft Windows Migration” during the v7.10 time frame. Please contact bv-Admin technical Support to obtain hotfix named: EventLog_HotFix.zip. Execute the EXE from the ZIP file on the machine where v7.10 of Windows Migration product is installed. |
