| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This Error event indicates that Microsoft® Exchange Server could not successfully use the Microsoft Update agent. This event occurs when anti-spam updates are not loaded. This may be caused if you are not running the latest version of Microsoft Update. You cannot download anti-spam updates until this problem is fixed. Resolution: To resolve this error, follow these steps: a)Upgrade the version of Microsoft Windows® update on the computer that logged this event. b)Review the WindowsUpdate.log file for information that could indicate the cause of the problem. By default, WindowsUpdate.log is located in the C:\Windows directory, where C:\ is the directory where you installed Windows Server®. |
