| Event Information | CAUSE: Microsoft changes to formatting rule for Windows® 2000. The data buffer created for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server service in the BESperfInfo.dll library is not aligned on an 8-byte boundary. This may cause problems for applications that are trying to read the performance data buffer. Contact the manufacturer of this library file or service to have this problem corrected or to get a newer version of the file. RESOLUTION: Install the BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 2.0 Service Pack 2 for Microsoft® Exchange. |
