| Event Information | This information from some newsgroups may help you: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To prevent any mail lost, lets set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\Network\POP3 Connector\DeleteFromServer from 1 to 0 (Dont forget to change it back when the issue is resolved. Otherwise you will receive duplicate messages), double click Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Networking\POP3\imberg.exe. Restart POP3 Connector servcie.This problem can occur because Microsoft Exchange Connector for POP3 Mailboxes has the POP3 servers IP address listed as the "POP3 Mail Server" for the Exchange recipients on the Users Mailboxes tab, in the POP3 Connector properties.To resolve this problem: 1. Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Microsoft Exchange/Microsoft Exchange Administrator. 2. Double-click Connector for POP3 Mailboxes. 3. In Connector Properties, look for entries that have IP addresses listed for the POP3 mail server on the Connect & Download tab in the Global ISP Mail Hosts dialog box. 4. Look for entries that have IP addresses listed for the POP3 mail server on the User Mailboxes tab for any listed recipient. 5. Change all POP3 mail server IP addresses to their fully qualified domain names (FQDN) by using the Edit button on the appropriate tab. 6. Click OK, and then click Services in Control Panel to stop and start Microsoft Exchange Connector for POP3 Mailboxes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
