Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This Warning event indicates that the computer that is running the Hub Transport server role was unable to acquire a lock on the computer that is running the Edge Transport server role. The Edge Transport server is specified in the event description. A lock is required to make sure that configuration data is correctly replicated to an Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM) instance on Edge Transport servers. ADAM can only be replicated with configuration data from one Hub Transport server at a time. Resolution : No user action is required. If this event frequently occurs, review the Application log for related MSExchange EdgeSync events that may provide information about the root cause of this failure. |
