Event Information | When you view the list of processes that are currently running on your computer in Task Manager (press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, click Task Manager, and then click the Processes tab), Visio.exe appears in the list. CAUSE: This problem occurs in situations when ReleaseObject() is incorrectly called after the shape is removed from memory. As a result, Visio incorrectly processes the connection to the Team frame shape from a shape that represents its hierarchical superior. RESOLUTION: A supported fix is now available from Microsoft |
