Event Information | According To Cisco: Conditions: Unity 3.0 or 3.1 versions may experience this issue, no reports on 4.0 versions as yet. If a routing rule has been added or modified such that the resulting data- base entry contains corrupt or missing information, the rule set may not load correctly as Unity starts up. Workaround: To Remove the Corrupt Routing Rule and Maintain Existing Rules: If the Rule table in the Unitydb displays an empty field for a particular row, the removal of the single rule may be possible while others are kept. Open SQL enterprise Manager and navigate or use OSQL to open the Unitydb table "Rule". Delete the entire row containing the entry with the corrupt/ missing data. Start Unity from the tray icon. If Unity returns the same error, follow the next steps. 1. To Remove All Routing Rules and Re-Establish the Default Routing Rules 2. Open ...\Commserver\Configmgr.exe. 3. Click the Run Rules Configuration Script radio button. 4. Click the Run button. 5. Exit Configmgr.exe 6. Start Unity from the tray icon. |
