| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when failed to create the backup of virtual machines. Resolution : Check Guest for failed VSS Snapshot Please check the event log in the guest to analyze why the VSS snapshot failed and then retry the operation. Verify : The integration services are all shown in a running state in the service control manager of the virtual machine. All the guest Hyper-V drivers are in a healthy state. Additionally, any operations that involve the integration services complete successfully. |
