| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This issue may occur if the Windows Small Business Server license store has been reset to the default value of five CALs. RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods, depending on your scenario. Method 1: Use the Restore License Wizard to restore your CALs from a valid license store. Method 2: Use the Backup or Restore Wizard to restore your CALs from a system backup. Method 3: Use the Add License Wizard to re-issue CALs. |
