| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : The cc:Mail source extractor component of Migration Wizard uses Export.exe to extract messages, PABs, folder hierarchies, and directory information from cc:Mail post offices.Migration Wizard passes parameters to Export.exe using a temporary .ini file. Some DBCS characters used in these parameters may cause problems. Resolution : Verify that Export.exe can be run using the parameters in the event message text. If not, either the parameters are incorrect, or there may be corrupt files in the cc:Mail postoffice. |
