| Event Information | According to Microsoft : CAUSE: This event indicates that the metabase update service exited because of an error. The error code in the event will indicate the underlying cause. RESOLUTION: Decode the error code using ERROR.EXE from the Exchange Server CD. Proceed based on what the error code indicates. For example, if the error code is 80070426, it indicates ERROR_SERVICE_NOT_ACTIVE. |
