Description | Operation is not supported on socket. For more information about this event, see ISA Server Help |
Event Information | According to Microsoft: Cause: The attempted operation was not supported for the type of object referenced. Usually this occurs when a file descriptor refers to a file or socket that cannot support this operation, for example, trying to accept a connection on a datagram socket. Or the device driver for the protocol stack might not be compatible with Wsock32.dll. Resolution: confirm the status of the remote host. If you are using a third-party Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), verify that it is compatible with Wsock32.dll. If you are using Microsoft TCP/IP, remove and reinstall TCP/IP. Or use another protocol that is compatible with Wsock32.dll. |
