Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when a performance monitoring application, such as System Monitor, is unable to retrieve performance counter information from a service, such as FTP, SMTP or NNTP, hosted in Inetinfo.exe. This can occur if none of the IIS services are currently running, or if an error occurs when calling Inetinfo.exe. Resolution : If the performance information is not critical to your task, no user action is required. If you need this information, then do one of the following: a)If no IIS service is running, then start the service for which you want data. Performance counter collection for that service will begin. b)If an IIS service is running now, then restart the Inetinfo.exe hosted service for which you want performance counter data. c)Stop and then restart the performance monitoring application. |
