Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when the IPMI Provider attempted to set the value of the "UpperThresholdNonCritical" property of the "NumericSensor" class. Resolution : Contact your hardware platform vendor to report the issue This might be an issue with the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC). Contact your hardware platform vendor to report the issue. The hardware vendor may provide: a BIOS patch, a firmware patch, or new hardware. Verify : To test that the IPMI provider is functioning correctly, check that the RequestResponseEx method of the Microsoft_IPMI WMI class returns a CompletionCode of 0 (Command completed normally.) |
