| Event Information | According To Cisco: From the file mentioned in the above example message (NPDump_20030523_095307.txt) you will be able to determine which extension was being called. You may be able to verify with the caller that this is indeed what happened. Alternatively you can monitor the system for more error messages to see if there is any pattern of caller or subscribers where this error event occurs. But if this series of errors occurs only once, than it would strongly suggest that this is what happened. Once the caller hangs up the phone, further errors will appear. |
