| Event Information | This information from some newsgroups may help you:: In my case, Outlook 2007 crashed whenever I clicked "Send" on a new e-mail. I fixed the problem by uninstalling Voltage Secure Mail3. My Office Enterprise 2007 was an in-place upgrade from Office 2003, and you may not have the same problem if you uninstall Office 2003 and do a clean install of Office 2007. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The mapi32.dll file could have been overwritten by some other application and must be fixed by executing c:\windows\system32\fixmapi.exe which will restore the original dll. In most cases, this is caused by Exchange Management Tools or other mail clients. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This problem occurs if you process many e-mail messages at the same time. |
