Event InformationAccording to Microsoft :
Cause :
This Error event indicates that the following conditions are true:
1.An IPv6 address is configured on the local network interface. Microsoft TCP/IP version 6 (IPv6) is supported in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 as a protocol.
2.A Receive connector is configured to listen for inbound messages by using the IPv6 address interface.
The IP address and port number that are used by a Receive connector to listen for inbound messages can be specified by using the following methods:
1.The Bindings parameter on theNew-ReceiveConnectorcmdlet or Set-ReceiveConnectorcmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell.
2.The Use these local IP Addresses to receive mail option on the Networktab of the Receive connector properties page in the Exchange Management Console.
Resolution :
To resolve this error, configure an IPv4 address on a local network interface, and configure the Receive connector to listen for inbound messages by using the IPv4 address. The IP address can be a true IPv4 address, such as 10.1.1.25, or an IPv4 address that is specified in IPv6 syntax, such as 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0A01:0119.
