| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when application or service could not be shut down. Resolution : A restart might be required In order for the application or service that was identified in the event message details to function correctly, a system restart might be required. Restart Manager will attempt to resolve the issue the next time it runs. Verify : To verify that the shutdown process was successful, review the event log after a system restart or after the completion of the installation or upgrade process. If no further events are logged, the issue has been resolved. |
