Event Information According to Microsoft:
Cause :
This Error event indicates that the managed folder mailbox assistant (formerly known as e-mail life cycle assistant) did not obtain a server object of the server running Microsoft® Exchange Server that logged this event from Active Directory® directory service. The managed folder mailbox assistant is a time-based Exchange assistant that provisions the managed default folders and managed custom folders in user mailboxes on scheduled intervals.
Information about scheduled intervals is stored in Active Directory on a per-server basis for servers that have the Exchange Mailbox server role installed. This event may occur when the managed folder assistant does not obtain the server object of this Exchange server from Active Directory to obtain the information about its scheduled intervals.
The following are the possible causes of this event:1.Issues with connecting over the network to the configuration domain controller.
2.Incorrect Domain Name System (DNS) configuration.
Resolution :
To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:
1. Make sure that the Exchange server that logged this event can connect to the configuration domain controller. For example, Use the Ping or PathPingcommand-line tools to test basic connectivity. UsePingto isolate network hardware problems and incompatible configurations. Use PathPingto detect packet loss over multiple-hop trips.
2.Make sure that the configuration domain controller that the Exchange server connects to is registered correctly on the DNS server.
3.Examine related events in the Application log and System log for Warning events and Error events that come before or after this event. These related events may provide more information about the root cause of this error.
