Go to SYS\WEBSPHERE\APPSERVER\BIN\IDBSTORE\SYSTEM and delete the WAS.JRL file 2. At the server console prompt type: RESTART SERVER Jeff's note: I think it would be sufficient to just type "startupserver.ncf" as this point, instead of restarting NetWare. (Or, on the Advanced Edition and future versions, "startwebsphere"). 3. After the server has rebooted, type JAVA -SHOW at the console prompt to see if the WebSphere services are loaded.
